How much does a patch bar cost?
A local staffed patch bar generally starts around $5,000, then scales with guest count, hours, custom patches, and travel.
There's no single sticker price because a patch bar is sized to the event. That said, a local Southern California patch bar with one staffed station typically starts around $5,000, which covers a curated patch wall, setup, teardown, and an attendant for roughly 60–100 guests.
What moves the number
- Guest count and hours: more guests or a longer window may need a second press and extra attendants at $250 per hour each.
- Custom patches: event-branded embroidered or leather patches are produced ahead and priced by quantity.
- Blank goods: if we supply the hats and totes, they're added at cost plus handling; guests bringing their own lowers this.
- Travel: no fee locally in OC, LA, or San Diego; a flat $900 applies beyond that.
The fastest way to a real number is to send your date, city, and guest count. We'll quote the exact setup rather than a generic package.
