Here's how we price a live patch bar and the handful of inputs that move the final number so you can plan a realistic budget before you reach out.
How quotes work
Every patch bar is quoted to fit the room.
We don't sell a fixed package because a 60-guest welcome party and a 400-guest festival activation need very different setups. Instead, a few inputs shape your quote. Local Southern California patch bars typically start around $5,000 for a staffed station.

What moves the number
- Guest count and hours — more guests or a longer window may call for a second press and extra attendants.
- Custom patches — event-branded embroidered or leather patches are produced ahead of time and priced by quantity and complexity.
- Blank goods — if we supply the hats and totes, those are added at cost plus a small handling fee; guests bringing their own items lowers this.
- Add-ons — live embroidery, a second station, or premium leather patches each add to the base.
- Travel — local events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego carry no travel fee; a flat $900 applies farther out.
