The Live Patch Bar arrives as a complete station. We bring the display, the patches, the presses, and the crew — you bring the guests. Here's what a standard setup includes.

The patch wall

A styled display board of embroidered, chenille, woven, and leather patches. We curate the selection to your theme and can print custom patches with your logo, monogram, or event date.

Blank goods bar

Optional Richardson 112 caps, dad hats, canvas totes, and denim-look blanks so guests without their own item can still take part. Add your colors and we'll stock to match.

Heat-press station

Professional presses run by trained operators. Guests never touch the heat — an attendant places the patch, presses it to spec, and cools it before handoff.

Staffed and styled

Our crew handles setup, the line, and teardown. The station looks intentional on your floor, and there's always someone helping guests place their patches.

Live embroidery

Add a monogram, name, or date stitched live next to the patch bar for a fully personalized keepsake.
